New Online Banking Security Feature – Effective July 16, 2026
Starting July 16, 2026, online banking will include an added login security step to help protect your personal information.
What to expect
When logging in to online banking on your computer, you’ll receive a text or voice message containing a 6-digit code to enter. This replaces security questions and is also available in the mobile app.
What you need to do
Before July 16, please confirm your phone number in Online Banking by going to Settings > Profile in an internet browser, or contact us at 719-473-5962 or contactus@pikespeakcu.com. If your number is already current, no action is needed.
Important! You will not be able to access online banking if we do not have your updated contact information when the
New Online Banking Security Feature is activated.
